The Dollard Synchro Provincial Stream Program offers competitive teams for a variety of ages and skill levels. If you are a beginner synchronized swimmer, but would like to be part of a team environment that attends competitions, this is the place to be. If you have taken lessons, participated in summer synchro or winter synchro and would like to continue learning and improving your skills, this is also the place to be. Provincial Stream teams attend a variety of local and provincial competitions.
There are usually 3 – 5 competitions during a season. Flexibility, endurance, basic star skills, figures and routine skills are practiced.
Athletes wear matching track suits and club bathing suits at meets. They also wear performance suits that are usually hand made and identical to one another. This program is fun because the girls train just enough hours to get in shape and get a sense of what it is like to work as part of a team. All competitive provincial stream teams practice flexibility, stroke swimming, basic synchro skills, figures and routine composition to music. They take part in the club’s annual shows and compete at two or three regional competitions.
Must meet specific swimming requirements. Must attend Team Placement Day. No former synchro experience required. Examens Techniques must be evaluated during the season.
Athletes require a track suit, club t-shirt, routine suit, black suit, black cap, club cap, goggles and nose clip.

• U10 Team (5 hrs / week)
• U 12 Team (7 hrs / week)
